Working with textiles has been part of my life since I was very young. The natural world is my inspiration. Being in the garden and playing with textiles are my happy places, my meditation.
These passions combine in my work. I use natural fibres such as cotton, linen, flax, and silk, often recycled. All the fabrics in this exhibition have been coloured with plant dyes.
